Important member communication – Membership Annual Renewals
The new financial year is fast approaching, and with it comes our busiest time at the Witham Chamber of Commerce.
As you have been made aware in previous correspondence, and at our monthly meetings, we will be sending out invoices for the payment of your annual membership renewals very soon. We are pleased to announce that for another year, the cost is still fixed at £25! I’m sure you’ll agree that this is truly amazing value considering the benefits and exposure that your business receives, as well as the support that your continued membership allows the Chamber to provide our great town.
It is important to remember that whilst the Chamber has grown so much, it is still run by business owners like yourself that volunteer out of their already limited time. We also must acknowledge that through increased membership, the Chamber has more power to do more good and for the local entities such as the councils and media to pay attention and listen to us. We therefore, as a united Chamber committee, encourage all members to renew and support our great “Not-for-profit” organisation.
To renew your membership, we are encouraging all members to sign up to our new Direct Debit system which will automate our administration processes. There is no charge for you to use this service and once registered, your renewal fee will be automatically taken on 1st April 2017 and future years respectively. Please ensure you click the link below to register your account BEFORE 14th March 2017. To further encourage you to register for this service, there will also be a prize draw for those that set this service up before the deadline…with a Red Letter Day and free publicity for the prize presentation.
